Med Ninjas is seeking a Neonatologist for long term permanent coverage at a inpatient facility in Johns Creek, Georgia
The Physician must be available for the complete coverage block from TBD to ongoing
Permanent Neonatologist
Position Type: Permanent

Shift: 24/7 onsite neonatology coverage

Position Details:
Patient Population: Critically ill and premature newborns; healthy newborns in the newborn nursery
Setting: 16-bed Level III NICU and newborn nursery
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive neonatal care, manage critically ill and premature newborns, attend and manage high-risk deliveries, provide newborn nursery care, collaborate with NNPs and multidisciplinary teams, participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Required Procedures: High-risk delivery management and specialized neonatal care; specific procedures not separately specified
EMR System: Not specified
Support Staff: Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and multidisciplinary team
Days Per Month: Full-time
On-Call/Weekends: 24/7 onsite NEOS coverage; weekend coverage as part of continuous 24/7 NICU coverage schedule
Submission Requirements:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- Georgia Medical License or willingness to obtain
- Neonatology fellowship/training and neonatology experience
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report within 30 days; DEA required prior to start; specify visa support requirement
