Job Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care focused mainly on NICU patients and some pediatrics
• Neonatal airway management, including intubation
• Performing procedures like emergent UVC placement and needle decompression
• Manage neonatal ventilation and air leak cases

Qualifications

• Active CA medical license and DEA
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3-5 years of residency
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP required

Working Hours

• 24-hour call shifts

• Proficient in EKG interpretation
• Experienced in neonatal care practices such as UVC/UAC placement and lumbar punctures
