POSITION SUMMARY
The Department seeks a neonatology specialist to join an established neonatal program within a Level III NICU. QUALIFICATIONS
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Pediatrics and/or Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
• Residency training in pediatrics.
• Fellowship training in neonatal-perinatal medicine.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Missouri.
• Interest in supervising advanced practice professionals and supporting neonatal care delivery.

• Ability to manage a broad range of neonatal conditions in a Level III NICU.

• Level III NICU with 24 beds and an average census of 14.
• Access to maternal-fetal medicine consultation via telemedicine.
• Immediate availability of cardiology support.
• Advanced neonatal therapies including HFOV, inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia.
• Collaboration with neonatal nurse practitioners providing continuous coverage.
• Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents.
• Access to modern clinical resources and industry-standard EMR.
