Established outpatient practice needs two Spanish-Speaking Medical Directors in Houston, Texas.

Opportunity Details

• Medical Directors still see a panel of their own patients (200-225), and directly supervise, mentor, and develop the 2-5 Primary Care Physicians at the clinic.
• Candidates must have at least two years of experience directly managing other physicians) including responsibility for corrective actions and recruiting.
• Prefer candidates who have been practicing & leading within an outpatient Primary Care setting however they will also consider Hospitalists or Urgent Care so long as they can do office-based procedures.
• Compensation is generous for this role and comes with a strong bonus on top of salary.
