The national leader in value-based, primary care has a Central Medical Director position available south of Chicago. You will be joining a passionate, physician-led group that provides a concierge-like service to its patients and allows you to manage the entire patient journey.
This highly-rewarding position offers:
- $260K salary
- $40K annual metrics bonus

Responsibilities:
- 75% clinical and 25% admin
- Candidate must have at least 2 yrs of leadership experience leading PCP?s.
- Managed Care experience is a plus.
- A passion to work with Seniors and the underserved is a must.
- Monday-Friday 7:30 am-5:00 pm
