Greater Lawrence Family Health Center, a multi-site, nonprofit organization providing the highest quality patient care to a culturally diverse population, is seeking a self-directed and detail-oriented Physician Leader - Medical Site Director to join at the Winthrop Avenue clinic in South Lawrence.
  • Provide leadership to site clinicians ensuring site targets and quality outcomes are achieved consistently and patient care is a top priority.
  • Analyzes productivity and allocation of staff time and recommends changes in systems to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Responsible for site clinical administrative requirements providing support to clinicians as needed.
  • Participates in Health Center-wide quality assurance activities and assesses sites needs and recommends changes as needed.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
