Clinical Nurse Director, Surgical Services (Outpatient Surgery Center) — Burlington County, NJ
Role Summary
Lead day-to-day operations for a busy outpatient surgery center with 6 ORs, 2 procedure rooms, and an IR suite. Partner with department leaders to support Pre-Op, PACU, PAT, Central Sterile, Education, and Business Office, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations, staffing, onboarding, and staff development
- Drive quality/regulatory compliance and patient safety
- Manage budget and support cost-effective care delivery
Requirements
- 3–5 years perioperative leadership experience
- BSN required (Master’s preferred)
- Active NJ RN license + BLS required
- Specialty certification (CNOR/NE-BC/CNML, etc.) preferred
