Director of Laser Surgery and Aesthetics

Brown University is recruiting a Director of Laser Surgery and Aesthetics to lead and grow its expanding aesthetic program. This full-time opportunity combines clinical leadership, cosmetic dermatology, and academic engagement in a supportive environment that values collaboration and scholarship. The position will be based at a new flagship office in beautiful South County/Narragansett Bay, Rhode Island, just minutes from Newport. The fully equipped laser center provides an opportunity to help shape a growing program while working alongside an established cosmetic team.

Qualifications

• BE or BC in Dermatology
• Eligible for appointment at Brown University at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor
• Experience performing a broad range of cosmetic dermatology procedures, including laser treatments
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with an established cosmetic team
• Commitment to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and academic engagement
• Fellowship training in procedural dermatology preferred, but not required

Compensation and Benefits

• First-year compensation of $375,000 - $400,000 based on eight half-day clinical sessions
