We are seeking a Board Certified Physician (MD/DO) to serve as a Medical Director with Arora Health & Aesthetics, providing clinical oversight for partner aesthetics and wellness clinics.

Arora Health & Aesthetics is a national medical group providing medical directorship, telehealth oversight, compliance, and clinical support for medspa, wellness, and longevity clinics across the United States.

This role is ideal for a physician with experience in aesthetic medicine, weight management, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, or wellness medicine who is interested in providing clinical leadership and oversight to advanced practice providers.

Current Opportunities

Tennessee – Memphis Area

• 2 Medical Director openings
• Must be licensed and residing in Tennessee
• Provide medical oversight for approximately 3 clinicians
• Monthly in-person clinic visit required for compliance purposes
• Compensation: $2,500 per month
• Sign-On Bonus: $700

Florida – Sanford

• 1 Medical Director opening
• Location: Sanford, Florida
• Partner clinic focused on aesthetics and wellness
• Primarily remote medical oversight
• Compensation: $1,000/month

Clinical Services

Partner clinics may provide services including:

• Weight Management
• GLP-1 Medications
• Aesthetic Injectables
• Peptide Therapy
• Hormone Optimization
• Wellness & Longevity Medicine
• Other advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments

Administrative & Clinical Oversight Duties

• Review and maintain clinical protocols
• Assist with delegation agreements and collaborative protocols
• Support compliance with applicable Medical Board regulations
• Participate in quality and patient safety initiatives
• Provide clinical direction to NPs and PAs
• Serve as a point of contact for clinical questions and escalated patient situations
• Collaborate with centralized compliance and legal teams
• Support clinical operations and scalability across partner locations

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution
• Active medical license in good standing in the applicable state
• Board Certification
• 3+ years of clinical experience in aesthetic medicine, weight management, wellness, or a related field preferred
• Experience with or working knowledge of GLP-1 medications, peptide therapy, hormone optimization, and other prescriptive wellness programs
• Experience supervising or collaborating with Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Associates
• Understanding of telehealth compliance, clinical delegation, and patient documentation standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with remote clinical and operational teams

Tennessee-Specific Requirements

• Must be licensed in Tennessee
• Must reside in Tennessee
• Must be available to complete the required monthly in-person clinic visit in the Memphis area
• Will provide oversight for approximately 3 clinicians

Florida-Specific Opportunity

• Must maintain an active Florida medical license
• Sanford, FL location
• Primarily remote Medical Director responsibilities
