Aesthestics Medical Director

WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Director to join our fast-growing aesthetics practice in Florida. With multiple locations throughout the state, we are looking for a professional who can provide exceptional clinical oversight and leadership. This role offers the opportunity to oversee one or multiple offices, with a focus on delivering high-quality aesthetic services and some longevity medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical oversight of assigned location(s), ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
• Manage and see your own patient panel, focusing on aesthetic services and procedures.
• Provide onsite leadership and support to staff and practitioners.
• Flexibility to perform some administrative tasks remotely.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Residency or fellowship training and board certification in one of the following specialties: Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, or Family Medicine with Aesthetics Training/Fellowship.
• Active Florida medical license and DEA registration.
• Experience in aesthetics and longevity medicine, including weight loss and hormone therapy for menopause patients, is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
