WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking experienced and qualified Medical Directors to join our fast-growing aesthetics practice in Michigan. We offer a dynamic work environment with a flexible hybrid schedule, allowing for both in-office and remote administrative work. Our practice focuses primarily on aesthetics services, with some longevity medicine offerings.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical oversight for assigned location(s) within the aesthetics practice.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality aesthetics services and procedures.
- Oversee and guide clinical staff to maintain best practices in patient care.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to optimize operational efficiency.
- Participate in strategic planning and development of clinical services.
Requirements
- Residency and fellowship training in Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, or Family Medicine with Aesthetics Training.
- Board certification in the relevant specialty.
- Possession of a valid Michigan medical license and DEA registration.
- Experience in aesthetics medicine is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
