Jupiter Medical Center is seeking an experienced, board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to serve as Medical Director of our Hospitalist Program in beautiful Jupiter, Florida.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished hospitalist who wants to take the next step in leadership while remaining clinically active. The Medical Director will work closely with hospital and physician group leadership to support a high-performing hospitalist team, drive quality and operational initiatives, and help shape the continued growth of the program.

Leadership Responsibilities

The Medical Director will provide clinical and operational leadership for the hospitalist program, including physician engagement, quality and performance improvement, patient care initiatives, provider recruitment and retention, and collaboration with nursing, medical staff, and hospital leadership.

We are looking for a physician who enjoys building strong teams, developing colleagues, and creating an environment focused on exceptional clinical care, accountability, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure
• Significant clinical hospitalist experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience within a hospitalist or inpatient medicine program preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and physician engagement skills
