Job Responsibilities
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision for MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs.
• Lead provider meetings, performance reviews, productivity coaching, and professional development initiatives.
• Develop and monitor Quality Improvement strategies, HEDIS performance, documentation, coding, and compliance standards.
• Serve on the executive leadership team and collaborate on organizational strategy, staffing, operations, regulatory compliance, and community partnerships.
Qualifications
• Board certification in a primary care specialty such as Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or similar.
• Active California medical license or eligibility for immediate licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical practice experience.
• Minimum 3 years of medical leadership experience.
• FQHC or community health experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to health equity and underserved communities.
Working Hours
• 60% clinical / 40% administrative.
• Approximately 3 days per week clinical and 2 days per week administrative.
• Monday–Friday schedule.
• Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
