Excellent Associate Medical Director Family Practice opportunity in Sacramento, CA. Candidates must have three year of recent experience in outpatient primary care practice (preferably in an FQHC setting or community health), with previous management or leadership experience. International airport, great work/life balance, 2 hours from the beach, and Mediterranean climate with dry summers and mild winters.
Compensation Dependent Upon Experience. Singing Bonus $40K. EPIC EMR System. Access to EHR/ Dragon Dictation Solution/ Microsoft Co-Pilot: AI-Powered Note Writing Solution. 403B with Employer Match up to 4%. 4 Weeks Vacation in First Year, Plus 7 Paid Holidays, and 1 Floating Holiday. CME Time and Money. Malpractice/Tail Insurance. Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance- Choice of PPO medical plans through Anthem Blue Cross, including a Premier PPO option with $0 in-network out-of-pocket costs, plus dental and vision coverage. Company paid basic Life and AD&D Insurance. (supplemental life and AD&D options available) Optional Critical Illness, Accident, ID Theft Protection and Pet insurance options.
