Pediatric Associate Medical Director needed in beautiful Sacramento, CA. Candidates must have three year of recent experience in outpatient Pediatric care practice (preferably in an FQHC setting or community health), with previous management or leadership experience. International airport, great work/life balance, 2 hours from the beach, and Mediterranean climate with dry summers and mild winters.
Seeking candidates highly knowledgeable in Pediatrics by maintaining high level of clinical expertise, utilizing the most current sources and guidelines, and being familiar with changing standards of practice. Compensation Dependent Upon Experience. Singing Bonus $40K. EPIC EMR System. Access to EHR/ Dragon Dictation Solution/ Microsoft Co-Pilot: AI-Powered Note Writing Solution. 403B with Employer Match up to 4%. 4 Weeks Vacation in First Year, Plus 7 Paid Holidays, and 1 Floating Holiday.
