This role focuses on improving patient outcomes, developing EMS protocols, and ensuring high-quality prehospital care deliver
Job Responsibilities
🔹 Develop and approve clinical protocols
🔹 Lead QA/QI initiatives and performance improvement
🔹 Support EMS education and training programs
🔹 Ensure compliance with Georgia EMS regulations
🔹 Collaborate with municipal and public safety leadership
Qualifications
📜 Active Georgia medical license
🏅 Board Certified/Eligible (EM, EMS, FM, IM, or related specialty)
📈 3+ years EMS medical direction experience
💊 DEA registration (if applicable)
❤️ ACLS certification
📚 Strong understanding of EMS systems and regulations
Working Hours
🕒 Flexible schedule with periodic leadership responsibilities
📞 On-call consultation and administrative oversight as needed
