The physician stepping into this role will be replacing a long-standing Medical Director who is deeply loved by the patient base, making bedside manner and personality extremely important.
Job Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a concierge-style outpatient setting
Serve as the clinical leader of the practice
Supervise and mentor providers and clinical staff
Help oversee clinical quality and compliance standards
Review and guide treatment plans and protocols
Support operational growth and long-term practice initiatives
Build strong, long-term patient relationships focused on wellness optimization
Qualifications
MUST HAVE
✔ MD or DO
✔ Board Certified – Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
✔ Active Florida Medical License
✔ DEA Registration
✔ Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Comfortable in fast-paced private practice environment
✔ Passion for preventative, patient-centered healthcare
