Healthcare United is seeking a Board Certified Physician for a Director / Lead Physician role within a progressive, value-based care model focused on medically complex and underserved populations in the Dayton area. Job Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor physicians and care teams
• Partner with leadership to drive clinical outcomes and strategy
• Oversee care coordination across outpatient and transitional settings
• Manage complex chronic conditions and behavioral health needs
• Support quality improvement and population health initiatives
Qualifications
• Open to subspecialties with recent primary care experience
• Active or eligible for Ohio medical license
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred
• Experience with complex patient populations preferred
