Job description We are seeking a Family Physician to join our team and provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across all age groups. Although this is an Associate Director position, this role focuses on preventive health, chronic disease management, and holistic wellness in an outpatient setting. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and community health engagement.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care for patients of all ages under standardized protocols
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including histories, physical exams, and interpretation of results
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Provide preventive care such as immunizations, screenings, and health education
• Offer pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric care
• Support women’s health, including family planning and prenatal/postpartum care
• Prescribe treatments and medications based on evidence-based practices
• Coordinate referrals to specialty and ancillary services
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with providers, nurses, and staff for integrated care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health outreach
• Assist with recruitment, mentorship, and education programs
• Maintain CME and certifications; attend required meetings and trainings

Qualifications

• MD or DO with current California license
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or related specialty
• Minimum 3 years of ambulatory outpatient experience
• Current DEA and CPR certifications
• Valid California driver’s license and insurance
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Cultural sensitivity and commitment to patient-centered care

Working Hours

Full-time; Open M-F, and offer 4- 10's with the option of m-TH or T-Fri
