🩺 Role Overview

As Medical Director, you will provide clinical leadership, medical oversight, and care coordination for a comprehensive senior care program.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide medical direction and supervision of participant care

• Conduct history & physical exams for new participants and reassessments

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans

• Supervise Primary Care Providers (PCPs) and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

• Oversee clinical outcomes and quality improvement programs

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning

• Guide families and participants on care decisions and health management

• Collaborate with nursing and care teams to ensure high-quality patient care

• Participate in provider on-call rotation

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

• Help shape medical policies, protocols, and standards

• Participate in care conferences and family discussions

• Support a care model focused on independence, dignity, and quality of life

📌 Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Physician License

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Geriatrics experience preferred

• DEA registration and CDS certification

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience

• Experience working with elderly or frail patient populations

• Strong clinical judgment and chronic disease management skills
