Family Medicine Medical Director

Coastal Oregon


Position Highlights:

  • On-site imaging, pharmacy, dental services, behavioral health, and coordinated referrals
  • Minimal call responsibility shared among providers
  • Collaborative, team-based care model
  • Strong support from APPs, medical assistants, RN care coordinators, behavioral health, pharmacy, and referral services
  • Medical Director leadership role with meaningful influence over clinical quality and workflows
  • Opportunity to mentor providers and participate in organizational strategy and growth

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Guaranteed base salary of $250,000–$300,000, commensurate with experience

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Oregon
  • Strong clinical judgment and collaborative leadership style
  • Experience working in team-based care environments
  • Prior leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Visa candidates considered on a case-by-case basis
