We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitalist Medical Director to lead our hospital medicine program within a dynamic, growing health system. This leadership role offers the chance to oversee a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers while shaping the future of hospitalist services in a vibrant community.

Position Highlights:

• Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and administrative oversight for a team of hospitalists

• Collaborate with department chairs, nursing leadership, and executive administration to enhance quality of care, patient safety, and operational efficiency

• Balance administrative duties with direct clinical care responsibilities

• Contribute to program development, quality improvement initiatives, and physician recruitment/retention strategies

• Opportunity to teach residents and medical students through an academic partnership

Qualifications:

• Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Minimum of 3–5 years of hospitalist practice experience; prior leadership/administrative experience preferred

• Strong commitment to evidence-based medicine, team-based care, and continuous program improvement

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
