Healthcare Organization: Hospital offering a wide array of services—from emergency, cardiac, oncology, orthopedic, to rehabilitation and air ambulance
Opportunity: Seeking Hospital Medicine Medical Director
* Full-time, employed position
* Full clinical with administrative responsibilities
* Associate Director to help with leadership responsibilities
* Excellent regional Medical Director support
* No scheduling duties
* 3+ years of experience required
* Leadership experience a plus. Open to new leaders looking to take next step in career.
Compensation: Mid to upper $300k including primarily day shifts, time carved out for administrative days. Great opportunity to manage a small group of clinicians, with excellent pay! Comprehensive benefits package to include medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401k with matching contributions, paid malpractice insurance including tail coverage.
