Location: This St. Louis suburb offers a blend of small-town charm and urban amenities with access to downtown St. Louis in less than 20 minutes. Healthcare Organization: Hospital providing comprehensive medical care, including advanced minimally invasive surgeries for heart, spine, knee, hip, and weight loss procedures. It houses a Level I Time Critical Diagnosis STEMI Center and a Comprehensive Stroke Center, serving patients across the St. Louis metropolitan area.
Opportunity: Seeking Experienced Hospitalist Medical Director
* Monday-Friday
* Day position
* Closed ICU
* No procedures
* 4 clinical shifts per month
* Experience leading a large team is a plus
* 3-4 years of Medical Director experience preferred
Compensation: $324,000 base compensation plus multiple incentives. Comprehensive benefits package to include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; PTO; 401k with matching contributions; paid malpractice with tail coverage.
