An independent, 132-bed community hospital in southeast Massachusetts has an opening for a Family Medicine Medical Director.
About the Opportunity
- Oversee a team of 4 Physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners
- Call averages 1:10, with Nurse triage taking first call after 7 pm
- Employed by a financially stable, not-for-profit community hospital that serves a population of 170k people
- 32 clinical hours
Financial Package
- Guaranteed base salary for 5 years plus RVU and quality incentives
- Sign-on bonus
