Private Practice with Hospital Collaboration
Overview:
* Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist
* Established perinatology practice serving high-risk obstetric population for over 30 years
* Only MFM center within a 10-mile radius with strong referral network
* Referral base of approximately 50 regional OB providers
* Collaborative environment with experienced multidisciplinary team including ultrasound technologists, nurse practitioners, and medical assistants
* Practice certified by the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine for detailed obstetrical ultrasounds and prenatal diagnosis

Clinical Details:
* Practice mix: inpatient and outpatient (predominantly outpatient)
* Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday with 8-hour workdays
* 4 hours of protected non-clinical time weekly for administrative and educational responsibilities
* Part-time or per diem options available up to 3 days per week
* Call schedule: approximately 1:3 with weekend coverage
* No deliveries required
Average daily volume:
* ~20 outpatient clinic visits
* ~30 ultrasound or antepartum fetal testing studies for interpretation
* ~1-2 inpatient consultations or follow-ups
* ~15 labor and delivery ultrasound exams for interpretation

Compensation & Benefits:
* Base salary range: $425,000 - $500,000

Requirements:
* MD or DO
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
* Fellowship training in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
* Eligible for California medical license
* Strong proficiency in detailed obstetric ultrasound interpretation
* Experience managing complex high-risk obstetric cases
