Join a thriving women's health team in Central Florida as the first Maternal-Fetal Medicine physician at a busy, well-established OB/GYN clinic. You'll enjoy a collaborative environment with a team of eight OB/GYNs, full perinatal services, and excellent work-life balance through a 4.5-day outpatient schedule. This opportunity is affiliated with a new, state-of-the-art hospital opening with eight labor and delivery rooms, two dedicated C-section suites, and over 25 postpartum rooms-designed to deliver modern, patient-centered care. A 12-bed NICU will follow shortly after launch, creating continuity of care for high-risk mothers and newborns. Physicians here benefit from a strong referral base, advanced imaging, and a supportive team of certified sonographers, genetic counselors, and diabetic educators. This is your chance to build and lead a maternal-fetal medicine program within a progressive, well-resourced health system in one of Florida's most desirable regions.
Position Highlights
- Hospital-employed position within an expanding, well-supported OB/GYN program
- Outpatient-focused practice - no deliveries required
- Collaborative structure: OB hospitalist service admits and consults MFM
- 4.5-day workweek with half-day Fridays for work-life balance
- Dedicated support from certified sonographers, RN triage, genetic counselors, and diabetic educators
- 16-bed Level II NICU with full pediatric and neonatal coverage
- Advanced imaging technology: Philips EPIQ Elite ultrasound systems and NST capabilities
- Projected volume: ~21 patients per day (14-15 consults + 6-7 reads)
- $75K sign-on bonus
