Opportunity:
Board Certified - Maternal Fetal Medicine Medical Director

Job Details:
• Lead the Regional Maternal Fetal Medicine team located in West Michigan, covering Grand Rapids and the lakeshore • Provide physician leadership and oversight for the Maternal Fetal Medicine Service Line • Collaborate with Administrative Clinical Director for Women's & Children's Services in a dyad relationship • Work alongside OB/GYN Medical Directors for Grand Rapids and the Lakeshore • Oversee clinical leadership ensuring highest quality care for complex maternal fetal cases • Provide comprehensive patient-centered care for high-risk pregnancies • Offer diagnostic, consultative and management services • Work closely with obstetricians, neonatologists, and other specialists for coordinated care • Collaborate with leadership to develop and enhance the Maternal Fetal Medicine program • Be accountable for quality, service excellence, colleague engagement, stewardship, and financial goals • Provide guidance and mentorship to medical students and residents • Minimum of 5 years of Maternal Fetal Medicine medical practice experience required (not including training) • 2+ years of work experience in a leadership role or completed leadership training preferred • Must be Board Certified in OB/GYN and Maternal Fetal Medicine • Must have or be willing to obtain Michigan license, DEA, BLS, and ACLS • On-call responsibilities shared with MFM Partner/Medical Director (mostly phone calls with hospital visits as needed) • Weekend call shared with MFM Partner/Medical Director
