🏥 Facility Type: Office-based MFM practice with rotating hospital call

☎️ Call Ratio: 1:3 (rotating call obligations with hospital)

👨👩👧👦 Practice Size: 3 physicians currently

👥 No supervision of other providers required

👩⚕️ Patient Load: 10–15/day (varies by visit type & call)
✈️ Travel & Reimbursement:

✅ Flight, Hotel, and Rental Car covered

🕐 Credentialing Timeframe: Approx. 2.5–3 months
📌 Submission Requirements (Must-Haves):

✅ Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine

✅ Completed MFM Fellowship Training

✅ Active NY State Medical License

✅ BLS & ACLS Certifications
