Location: A city located in the northern part of Indiana, along the St. Joseph river. A vibrant community with a mix of residential, commercial, and industrial areas, making it a significant part of the South Bend metropolitan area. Approximately 100 miles east of Chicago!

Facility: Acute-based hospital care providing a wide range of community-based and post-acute services including: community wellness, physical rehabilitation, home care, physician clinics, outpatient services, independent and assisted senior living, memory care and affordable senior apartments.

  • Clinic coverage M-Th 7:30-5:00 & Closed Fri- Weeknight call and weekend call required

  • Compensation: Competitively hourly rates with the weekly pay malpractice
