We invite you to become a vital part of the Northern Light Medical Management – University of Florida Health System at The Villages. This position offers a unique chance to work onsite in a vibrant community, utilizing your expertise to impact patient care positively while enjoying competitive compensation and comprehensive support.
In this role, you will perform diagnostic mammography alongside general radiology exams such as MSK and Neuro imaging. The ideal candidate will bring a versatile skill set to handle a diverse case mix, including XR, CT, MR, US, and Fluoroscopy modalities, with an expected volume of 90-100 cases per 8-hour shift and work RVUs ranging from 60-70. Your expertise will contribute to quality patient diagnostics within a collaborative environment dedicated to excellence.

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $19.50 with weekly pay via direct deposit. Required Skills
- Certification and licensure in Radiology with Mammography specialization
- Proven experience reading mammograms and general diagnostic exams
- Proficiency in XR, CT, MR, US, and Fluoroscopy modalities
- Ability to interpret MSK, Neuro, and subspecialty cases (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and patient-focused approach
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with advanced breast imaging techniques
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Prior locum or temporary radiology work experience
Preferred Education and Experience
- MD or DO degree with appropriate state medical license
- Board Certification in Radiology
- Minimum of 2 years post-residency experience in diagnostic radiology, including mammography
Other Requirements
- Availability to start from March 14, 2026
- Ability to work onsite at The Villages facility
- Valid medical licensure and certifications current
- Travel and licensure reimbursements when applicable
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment
