Job description
Seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join a hospital-employed group of 4 family medicine physicians in southern Illinois.
About the opportunity
- Traditional practice with 1:4 call schedule.
- See 15 to 20 patients per day in the clinic
- Take calls for your own patients during the week. Minimal inpatient work. Average daily hospital census 8-10 patients
- Full-Time Nurse Practitioner Hospitalist takes care of much of the inpatient responsibilities.
- Replace retiring family medicine physician after 40+ years.
- Work out of a 17-bed critical access facility.
- The position is J-1/H-1 eligible. Will assist in immigration attorney expenses.
- $250k compensation + $25K sign on + full benefit package.
- Help with Loan forgiveness HRSA loan repayment eligible.
