Opportunity Highlights

• The group is part of a larger healthcare system consisting of hospitals and other group practices.
• The schedule is Monday-Friday, with 36 hours of direct patient care, including a day per month of nursing home visits.
• Part of the schedule includes approximately 1 day per month of nursing home visits if desired.á
