Locum | Adult/Geriatric Medicine | Must be Board Certified | Phoenix & Tucson AZ
FM, IM, or Geriatrics PhysicianBoard Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required.
Outpatient Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Schedule: 5 days per week (M-F 8-5)
Prefers local but will pay logistics if not local
14-16 Patients per day
EMR: CHIRP
Phoenix , Arizona ( needs 2 locum Providers ):
1 at Higley practice for the month of January
1 at Sun City Bell practice for month of February
Tucson, Arizona ( needs 3 locum Providers )
1 at Grant location - starting December '19 through March '20
1 at Broadway location - starting December '19 through March '20
1 at Pusch View location - starting December '19 through March '20
