Internal Medicine Opening in Sheboygan, WI
Located in Sheboygan, WI; Milwaukee 55m; Green Bay 65m
Overview
* A non-profit health system in Wisconsin is recruiting a BE/BC internal medicine physician for an outpatient clinic in Sheboygan
* Join two physicians and two advanced practice providers
* One FTE is 35 patient contact hours per week, with a four or five day workweek and full time or part time options
* No late nights or weekend obligations
* 1:7 call rotation with nurse triage handling first line calls
* Epic EMR, ambient AI documentation and dictation tools
* Freedom to incorporate procedures based on your interests
Qualifications
* Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine, MD or DO
* Wisconsin medical license or eligibility to obtain
Compensation & Benefits
* Two year salary guarantee, then a production based model in year three with a base salary
* $300,000 sign on and retention bonus, paid annually over six years
* 35 days of PTO
* $5,500 annual CME allowance
* Malpractice with tail coverage and access to the WI Patient Compensation Fund
* 403(b) and 457(b) with employer contribution
