Located in Plymouth, WI; Sheboygan 20m; Milwaukee 60m
Overview
* A non-profit health system in Wisconsin is recruiting an internal medicine physician for a physician led clinic in Plymouth
* Lead an established team of three advanced practice providers
* 1.0 FTE is 35 patient contact hours per week, with full time and part time options
* Outpatient practice with procedural opportunities if desired
* 1:9 call rotation
Qualifications
* Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine, MD or DO
* Wisconsin medical license or eligibility to obtain
