Position Details
* Outpatient Internal Medicine or Family Medicine opening in Pine Bluff, Arkansas
* 100% outpatient primary care practice with no inpatient rounding obligations
* Standard Monday through Friday work week offering consistent hours and outstanding work-life balance

* Inpatient admissions and acute coverage handled 24/7 by dedicated hospitalist teams

Position Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive adult and/or family primary care services, including routine wellness exams and preventive screenings
* Diagnose and manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and cardiovascular disorders
* Prescribe medications and tailor individualized treatment plans while counseling patients on health and wellness
* Coordinate patient care with local subspecialists and home health services
* Utilize the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for timely documentation and patient communications
Candidate Qualifications
* Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
* Active, unrestricted Arkansas medical license (or eligible to obtain)
* Valid DEA registration with full prescriptive authority
* J-1 visa waiver and H-1B visa candidates are welcome and supported
