Internal Medicine Opportunity Location: Harrison, MI Position Overview • Full-time, permanent opportunity for an Internal Medicine Physician to join an established Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) in Harrison, Michigan. • Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients. • Practice located within a modern medical health park. • Access to onsite support services, including: o Rehabilitation services. o Nutrition and diabetes counseling. o Walk-in laboratory services. • Collaborative, patient-centered practice environment. Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive Internal Medicine care addressing the physical, emotional, and social health needs of adult patients. • Deliver preventive healthcare services. • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. • Provide ongoing patient care and follow-up. • Participate in a call rotation of 1:12. • Nurse triage line support available for after-hours calls. Requirements • MD or DO. • Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine. • Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency. • Active Michigan medical license or eligibility to apply. Schedule & Call • Full-time position. • Call rotation: 1:12. • Nurse triage line support provided.
