Job description
We are currently looking for an adult medicine primary care physician to join our adult medicine medical group in East Haven, CT.Our group practice has 1 Internal Medicine physician and 5 PAs whose presence hasbeen in the community for over 20 years.

- Preventative Care
- Chronic Disease Management
- Acute Visits
- Remote monitoring care for: blood pressure, heart rate, blood glucose levels, oxygen saturation, and weight management
- Care Management Services
- Onsite testing for: PFTs, bladder scans, triple A screening, hearing, vision, balance testing, neuro and vascular testing
- Same day procedures:suture removal and wound care
Qualifications:

- Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
- CT licensure and board eligibility is required
