• Clinic Hours: 8 AM – 4:30 PM
• After-Hours Call: Based on rotation

Descriptions : Facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide outpatient clinic coverage. The physician will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and will participate in after-hours call based on a rotation. The role is required due to a recruitment gap

Start Date: as soon as credentialed (mid November) to 3/5/2027, potentially longer

Average Patients per Day: 15-20 (outpatient)

Patient Population: 90% Adult/Geriatric 10% Pediatric. Will consider Internal Medicine or Family Practice MD for assignment

• Board Certified in Family Medicine - [REQUIRED] will consider Internal Medicine
• BLS/ACLS - [REQUIRED]
• Active MI license - [REQUIRED] Will consider candidates who have already applied for MI license
• Must be local - [PREFERRED]
