Banner Casa Grande Medical Center (BCGMC) - Casa Grande, located in the East Valley of Phoenix, is a 177-bed, not-for-profit community hospital providing comprehensive care to Casa Grande and the communities of western Pinal County. Banner Casa Grande provides a full range of services, including a 24-hour Emergency Department, Obstetrical Care, Medical Imaging, Respiratory Therapy, and Surgical Services, just to name a few.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary + performance incentives
- Paid malpractice insurance (occurrence-based preferred — clarify if applicable)

- Relocation assistance
- Resident Stipend: $1,500/month (begins 30 days post-signing; ends upon residency completion)
- Loan Repayment: $100,000 ($20,000/year over 5 years)
