Fort Collins, CO – Float Physical Therapist
Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy / Multi-Clinic Float
Schedule: Part-Time or PRN
Coverage Area: Northern Colorado & Denver Metro
Position Overview:
Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide vacation, sick, and maternity/paternity leave coverage across multiple outpatient clinics. This is a flexible position ideal for a PT who enjoys variety and working with different clinic teams and patient populations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide PT coverage across clinic locations as needed
- Evaluate and treat patients with temporary and long-term conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with PTAs and Clinical Directors
- Adapt to different clinic settings and patient populations
- Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and compliance
Requirements:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
- Active or eligible Colorado Physical Therapy license
- 2 years of clinical experience preferred, but not required
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Ability and flexibility to work across multiple clinic locations
