Locums | Internal Medicine – Adult Primary Care | Atlanta, GA Why This Role

  • Weekday outpatient clinic schedule
  • No call, weekends, admissions, or rounding
  • Defined assignment through March 2027
  • Approximately three-week credentialing timeframe
  • Clinical and administrative support provided
Assignment Details Start: December 7, 2026 End: March 31, 2027 Setting: Outpatient adult primary care Patient volume: Approximately 20 patients per shift EMR: Epic No hospital privileges required Schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM No call Clinical Scope Adult primary care Routine evaluations and follow-up visits Preventive care Chronic disease management Support 1 RN 2 MAs 1 APP 3 office staff members No APP supervision required No teaching responsibilities Requirements Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine Active Georgia license or IMLC eligibility Current BLS certification Adult primary care experience Credentialing Estimated timeframe: Approximately 21 days Temporary privileges are not available
