Position Overview
- Per diem adult (18+) outpatient primary care – clinic coverage as needed
- Thomaston and Litchfield area practices
- Open to Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians
- EPIC EMR with Dragon and Ambient AI; integrated Behavioral Health and Care Management
Schedule & Call
- Monday–Friday, no weekends
- Flexible start and end times
- No call

- BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Unrestricted Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
