Position Overview

• 100% office-based outpatient primary care in an established practice
• Open to Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians (practice sees patients birth and up)
• Located in Vernon, Connecticut – ~20 minutes east of Hartford
• Practice supported by Ambient AI, a collaborative care team, and seamless specialist access

Schedule & Call

• Full-time, weekdays only
• Ask about a 4/10 work week schedule

Academic & Teaching
