Position Overview

• 100% outpatient primary care – Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Second opening at an established Litchfield practice
• Team-based care model built around time, connection, and personalized care
• Ambient AI and modern technology that reduce documentation burden

Schedule & Call

• Full-time, weekdays only
• Ask about a flexible schedule and/or 4-day work week
• Phone call only:
  • Average of 2 phone-call weekends per year
  • Approximately 1 weeknight every ~2 months

Academic & Teaching

• Optional teaching opportunities
• Faculty appointment available for interested physicians
