Position Overview

• 100% outpatient primary care for adult patients (18+)
• Open to Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians
• Located in Litchfield, Connecticut – a growing practice in the Litchfield Hills
• Collaborative, physician-led care model with Ambient AI documentation support

Schedule & Call

• Full-time, weekdays only
• Ask about a flexible schedule and/or 4-day work week
• Phone call only:
  • Average of 2 phone-call weekends per year
  • Approximately 1 weeknight every ~2 months

Academic & Teaching

• Optional teaching opportunities
• Faculty appointment available for interested physicians
