Position Overview

• 100% office-based outpatient primary care for adult patients (18+) in an established practice
• Open to Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians
• Located in Thomaston, Connecticut – a charming Litchfield County town near Waterbury
• Practice supported by Ambient AI, a collaborative care team, and seamless specialist access

Schedule & Call

• Full-time, weekdays only; ask about a 4-day work week
• Phone call only:
  • Average of 2 phone-call weekends per year
  • Approximately 1 weeknight every ~2 months

Academic & Teaching

• Optional teaching opportunities
• Faculty appointment available for interested physicians
