Position Overview

• 100% outpatient primary care for adult patients (18+) in an established, hospital-employed practice
• Open to Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians
• Located in Glastonbury, Connecticut – a picturesque suburban town ~15 minutes from Hartford
• Team-based model with strong clinical support and coordinated care

Schedule & Call

• Full-time, weekdays only; ask about a 4-day work week
• Phone call only:
  • Average of 2 phone-call weekends per year
  • Approximately 1 weeknight every ~2 months

Academic & Teaching

• Optional teaching opportunities
• Faculty appointment available for interested physicians
