Job Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Shift Type: Scheduled shifts, 8 hours per day

• Call Responsibilities: None

• Average Patient Volume: 18 patients per day

• EMR: Epic

• Floating Requirements: May occasionally float to 1–2 nearby clinics

• Credentialing Timeline: 12–14 weeks

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services in an outpatient clinic setting.

• Evaluate and manage patients with a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine background.

• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients using at least medical Spanish.

Support Staff & Resources

• Robust medical assistant support

• Registered nurses (RNs) and licensed vocational nurses (LVNs) at all locations

• On-site behavioral health services

• Multiple clinical resources available at each location

Provider Requirements

• Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Active California medical license required

• Active state DEA registration required

• Minimum of 2 years of experience required

• BLS certification required

• ACLS certification required

• Must speak at least medical Spanish; fluency in Spanish is preferred
